How to solve the deformation of tempered glass

  1. Unstable bending (commonly referred to as back and forth bending)

In this case, the glass bottom can be heated to a temperature of more than 1.5 square meters, and this kind of glass defect can be easily improved by heating the glass bottom to four degrees

  1. Saddle line bending

When the glass is tempered, the bending direction of the four sides of the glass is not consistent and the glass becomes saddle shaped deformation. The main reason is that the temperature of the surrounding part of the glass is lower than that of the middle part of the glass. This kind of quality defect can be fully improved by adjusting the heating curve of the glass

  1. Wavy deformation

The main reason is that the glass heating temperature is too high or the time is too long, which causes the glass to form wave shape in the furnace. The solution is to reduce the furnace temperature and reduce the glass heating time

  1. Edge frame effect (commonly referred to as dishing)

This kind of deformation mainly occurs when the lwo-e glass is tempered. The four sides of the glass are obviously upwarped after tempering.
