Reasons for washing unclean toughened glass

In daily life, we often contact toughened glass products, such as tea tables, tempered glass doors, tempered bathroom doors and so on. When cleaning such objects, we will find that some toughened glass is not clean. What causes the washing of glass is not clean? Tempered glass is not clean because the quality of glass is not up to standard.After tempering, there are defects such as glass bars and pock marks.

Whether the quality of toughened glass can meet the standard, besides the reason of glass raw material, whether the setting of technological parameters is reasonable is the decisive factor. Only by thoroughly understanding the relationship between their functions and relations can they produce high quality tempered glass. All the parameters are designed around the “uniform heating and rapid cooling”, but they are not isolated, but also an organic whole.We must consider comprehensively to get a perfect process. Temperature related glass defects and correction methods:

  1. Wave bars
    If the temperature is too high and the heating time is too long, the waves will appear in the glass. This is because the heating of the glass has exceeded the critical point, and the glass has begun to soften. If there is such a defect, the heating time will be shortened.
  2. Pock marks
    Too long heating time will also cause pitting on the lower surface of the glass. There are two kinds of pockmarks, one is concentrated and orange peel, which is caused by too long heating time, especially for thick glass with a thickness of more than 12 millimeters. Some units can set the heating time for a long time in order to make it unbroken, which can be adjusted according to the situation.It is due to the fact that the surface of the upper stage and the ceramic roller is not clean, or that the glass fragments of the windscreen roller table are not cleaned up.

3, white fog
White fog is a white mark in the middle of the lower surface of the glass. It usually occurs in the first few stoves. It is caused by the excessive surface temperature of the ceramic roller. When the glass enters the furnace for several tens of seconds, the bottom surface of the glass is directly affected by heat conduction, and the four corners curl, the contact surface between the glass and the ceramic roller becomes smaller, and the friction force of the ceramic roller increases.With the decrease of the surface temperature of the ceramic roller will disappear. We can set the lower temperature at the initial production, set the lower power lower, and make sure that the furnace is continuously produced, so that the furnace can not be airlifted. If the production is temporarily stopped, the heating switch can be switched off and the white fog will be prevented.

4, bending
When we produce toughened glass, bending is usually done by adjusting the wind pressure or adjusting the distance of blowing. It is very efficient and quick. However, some operators do not understand that the difference in temperature between the upper and lower will also cause the bending of the glass. Assuming that the distance between the windscreen segments and the wind pressure is the same, if the four corners of the glass are bent upward, it will indicate that the temperature of the lower part is too low.On the contrary, if the four corners of the glass are bent down, it means that the temperature at the bottom is too high. If the temperature needs to be adjusted to make the glass level, it will not be solved by the one or two furnace.

5, sphere
This is done when the thin glass is below 6 mm and the layout is bigger. It can be adjusted by the function of temperature adjustment. The temperature of the middle and the upper and lower parts of the middle can be adjusted up. Sometimes it needs to be adjusted about 30 degrees. (from the second rows on the vertical side to the middle), an excellent operator should understand that the relationship between temperature and optical performance is: the temperature is high, the heating time is long, and the yield is high.But the optical performance will be poor. Otherwise, the temperature is low or the heating time is short, the optical performance is good, but the yield will be low. This requires us to sum up carefully and find the best effect. The temperature is highly related to the granularity of tempered glass. Under the condition of equal wind pressure, the temperature is high, the particles are small, the temperature is low and the particles are large.
